eRAMP Upgrade for

MERS 21.0 Release Ready to Ship

Hello eRAMP Users, our technical staff has completed testing of the new eRAMP upgrade for MERS Release 21.0. Michael our Guru of everything technology related said testing went well with very few problems or glitches. Thanks to the quick and detailed responses from Ben, April and Jay at MERS this was one of the easiest upgrade in the last 10 years that eRAMP has been around working with the MERS system.

To start using the eRAMP upgrade users will have to make minor adjustments to the data they prepare for import into eRAMP to accommodate the new data requirements. Since user functionality remains the same there will be little to no user training required.

With testing completed we will start distributing software Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday of this week. After updating all our users we will provide new software for MERS member who are purchasing eRAMP now for the first time.
