We have a new update to eRAMP Standard and SQL. This update adds fields to 102 Registration, 103 Update and converts county name to FIPS number for registration and update. Here’s the quick list of field additions for this update eRAMP 9.4.5:
- A new field has been added to the Registration File Template to import your FHA/VA/MI Case number when you’re registering loans. This is one of the many fields required as part of data reconciliation between MERS and your Servicing data (if servicing loans).
- The FHA/VA/MI case number field has also be added to 103 Update. MERS may require that you update all previously registered loans if there is an FHA/VA/MI case number. 103 Update is the perfect solution to go back and add this field to a large number of loans.
- Subservicer has been added as a new Update template field. This will allow users to import and update a large number of registered loans at one time when a subservicer needs to be added.
- Subservicer has also been added as a new Registration template field. This will allow users to send a subservicer on a loan level basis at time of registration. Subservicer remains part of the investor record. Loan may include subservicer pulled from the investor record or updated on a loan level basis with this new enhancement.
- County name will now convert to the proper FIPS number for that county. Users have control over adding, modifying or deleting county and/or FIPS number. 103 Update may be used to update batches of loans to convert county name to FIPS number.
- A new program will be available soon to help lenders reconcile servicing data with MERS registration data to meet MERS Quality Assurance Review requirements. The new program will be available as an add-on to eRAMP or as a standalone program for a separate service fee. County name converts to FIPS number and is provided to MERS when registering loans. 103 Update may also be used to update the FIPS number loans previously registered with only the county name.
